![]() ![]() ![]() Managing, supporting, and troubleshooting all technical issues with Sim Registration application (Axon Face2Face Mobile & Web GUI) for field agents and all internal customers Supporting and monitoring Revenue Assurance Fraud Management Application (SUBEX) Monitor and manage the progress of various stream stages Function as a nominated contact for logging cases with SUBEX Limited Technical support Work closely with DBA and support the Revenue Assurance Analyst at each stage of the RA data flow life cycle. Manage and administer Billing Application both Database and Unix users Monitor file count and trend analysis, reprocess all failed CDRs from switch (HLR) Responsible for detecting, analyzing all potential revenue leakages, and billing fraud issues Ensure billing accuracy for all Postpaid and Roaming subscribers and providing monthly bills to subscribers as per due dates Investigate, Analyze & troubleshoot reported issues, providing workaround if possible Create application users for service centers and customer care representatives with required privileges to resolve customers complaints Provide secondary support to customer care back office team using billing applications Provide firsthand training for all customer support staff using billing application Provisioning and Batch activation of free prepaid/postpaid Sim cards for Sales and Distribution use Manage and Administer KYC application as per regulatory requirements Ensure all fraudulent numbers (Sim Box) are captured and blocked by sim box detection system
